Nearly 2 1/4 hours for something that was supposed to be 25-40 minutes due to lack of drivers. Unable to cancel without paying full amount as 'restuaurant already preparing meal'. Stone cold when it eventually arrived. You can do better than this.

So lets start with the burger, the patty was very over cooked and the bottom bun was soggy. The tots did not arrive hot enough. £16.35 is way too expensive for a substandard burger and tots. Also £1.45 for 1 slice of blue cheese is over priced & £1 extra for a tiny pot of truffle mayo is a rip off! On the other hand, the lady who deliver my order was fantastic! She was friendly, kind and lovely to chat with. I’m so glad I tipper her!
