Food was delivered late and was cold.

All our food is made is made to order so is hot and fresh when given to the driver, we also write the time the food was prepared on the label used to seal the bag, this helps us to narrow down where the issue has occurred. Food quality is good, but extremely overpriced for what it is. Collection times must also be taken with a pinch of salt, as each time I’ve ordered I’ve had to wait around 10-15 minutes extra than expected (even when the order is simple and straight forward) - this time the cooking process for one burger and macaroni bites took around 35 minutes total - 15 minutes longer than advertised

I am sorry to hear that you did not feel like your meal was of good value. All our burgers are prepared by hand in store daily and made fresh to order which is reflected in the price you pay. I would like to apologise for the 35 minute wait, we take orders from 4 platforms and in store, we work in the order to which the food order comes through from each platform and sometimes it can get extremely busy and unfortunately wait times go up. I ordered cheese and bacon burger and chips and Fanta orange. It was not worth the £18 I paid. I think it’s daylight robbery charging this amount of money for food that arrived cold, the driver didn’t hand food to my but rang my doorbell and left it in the cold! Well I opened the door almost straight away to find my food on the cold floor of my porch. I won’t be ordering again at this ridiculous price for cold poor standard of food, I’m a very unhappy customer. I have requested a refund through just eat and won’t be ordering again.
