It was only 15 minutes which didn’t worry me, it was the fact it had said it had been delivered and wasn’t. Don’t worry about it no harm done, food was lovely and it hasn’t put me off ordering. Keep up the good work and I understand it could be stressful !! There’s bigger things to worry about :)

Tuesday night and We had long day at work after working last 9 days we decided to order in should be quick as it’s not a big order and it’s not a busy night, looked on line and it said 30 minutes to 50 so ordered it at 18:50 at 18:58 said order submitted, that’s normal site is sometimes slow then it says order 19:50 to 20:10 we ordered two cheese burger and wedges and two dips the place us five minutes drive! Order arrived at 20:33 cold, never had such a small amount of wedges, burger salty,

Hi Stacey I'm very sorry to say that we don't put any salt on burgers, and I don't think any burger place put salt on burgers. And i do admit that your order was late and I'm sorry for that. Good food takes time because we are busy.
