had a frustrating experience with an order. I requested cheese sauce, typically included with the chips, but received none on my chips or burger. When I called, I was told that cheese sauce isn’t standard for the burger. However, my wife didn't order extra cheese and still got cheese on hers. This was only my second order, and such inconsistencies are disappointing. I was told cheese isn’t standard on her burger, yet she still received it. Just wanted cheese sauce to my chips.
