Ordered a vegan ‘beef’ cheese burger and was sent some sort of chicken patty, all food was stone cold and soggy. Called the restaurant and they were extremely rude calling us liars and were swearing in Arabic as they didn’t realise I could speak the language. terrible food and customer service

Well that was a nice standard burger. Tasted nothing like a sobe burger. Fries where just as good as the burger. May not be the shops fault. Just won’t be ordering from here again.

Missing items, incorrect items(asked for plain burger) and the driver drove past my hone and parked up around the corner for 5 minutes before delivering! There was no contact number either, nightmare
