Order accepted however had to wait an over an hour for a driver to become available. When the food was delivered it was Luke warm at best. When I realised the the order was going to be delayed and it had not even started to be cooked I went to cancel the it however, I would have been charged even though the order had not started to be prepared. Tbh I won’t be ordering from this company again. This isn’t the first time an order has been delayed and delivered cold.

Food normally comes lovely from here but today, it was stone cold when it arrived. Furthermore it was colder than that. It was basically frozen

Food was good, and not too greasy but it did arrive almost cold. Had the vegan burger was tasty would order again but maybe collection to insure hot food.
