These dishes are marinated in a very spicy yoghurt based sauce, baked on a skewer in a tandoori (clay oven). Dry dishes arc served with salad.

All balti dishes are cooked with a collection of fresh spices, herbs, peppers, onions, fenugreek, tomatoes and coriander. Spiced to a medium strength and served with nan.

The following dishes are prepared with pilau rice mixed with choice of meat, seafood or vegetable then dressed with tomatoes and cucumber and served with a vegetable curry sauce

All vegetable dishes are freshly cooked in quality of onion, green peppers, a touch of spices and fresh green herbs. Side dishes can also be served as a main course.

Served with salad & choice of sauce - sweet chilli, hot chilli, mayo, garlic mayo or BBQ sauce.
