Great customer service skills but not consistent with the food quality anymore. Needs to get back to its original and fast… attention to detail, ensure food is cooked properly, ensuring the dish is served properly with correcting toppings, sauces and packaged well to avoid spillage in transit! Please get staff to learn the difference between the honey sauce and the really hot chilli sauce. They look the same in pots but obviously a big difference!

It was really nice the first time but now seems to be lacking. Fries & churros undercooked, honey sauce change to extra spicy chilly honey, burgers missing topping and just lacking the wow factor it had when we first tried.

Courier rang having trouble finding us, but didn’t listen to instructions, then turned his phone off and marked it as delivered but it never turned up!
