Delivery window kept moving, then 2hrs later just said “Delivered”, no food, or contact.

Rider “could not open” door, so made disabled me climb two flights of stairs to get food. No one else has that door problem.

The courier showed up and I said the code is was given and told he didn't have my food and he went away. Messaged and watched the map and eventually got the food from him. By this point the fries were all cold. The burgers were OK as they were wrapped in a foil. Shame as I think the meal would've been really nice if it was all hot.

Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for the food to arrive cold and soggy. Love that.
