This is happened every time! Drivers don’t bother to read the NOTES at all, neither they call! They just wasting time to find the location!

However, whilst we can ask the drivers to read the notes, we cannot make them do this and cannot reprimand them since they are not our (the shop's drivers) but contracted in drivers of Just Eat. Please raise this with Just Eat directly since they can provide such feedback to the drivers concerned. Please also ensure that instructions for the restaurant (for any special food requests) and instructions for the drivers (for delivery instructions) are included in the right place when placing your order.
