My delivery was incorrect, the address of my house, the driver contacts me and asks me for my home address and I write this by text message and he says he will come. An hour later I am still waiting .My delivery valued at 20 pounds never arrived.

They kept pushing back delivery time and when coffees arrived they hadn’t added in the extras (syrup etc) we asked for. The coffees all tasted exactly the same. They also crossed out all the extras I had paid for on the cups as if they were just ignoring them.

This Starbucks is usually very good. Sadly today they incorrectly packed the cold food with the hot coffees. Cold chicken and bacon ceaser wrap had been incorrectly packed with hot coffees warming it up incorrectly during delivery. They should have been kept separate for food safety reasons, and because cold food should be served cold.

Ordered at 08:51 ETA 09:30 - eventually arrived at 10:20 and the latte has the incorrect milk in it and now cannot be drank due to allergies.
