I ordered a coffee to watch my driver drive to another location to drop off at another address before doing my delivery, my coffee was cold when it arrived. I messaged the driver to ask why he was taking my delivery away from my house to be told the road got closed by police. To then tell him there is a round about there and you had the option of 2 roads to take, the. It was a traffic warden moved him so he just went the other way?

Order was not delivered as starbucks was closed. Delivery driver asked us to cancel order and we couldnt as it was shown as on route. Not sure how to request a full refund.
