Starbucks constantly makes the coffee caramel frappe wrong. The main issue being they absolutely never ever put coffee in it. So I end up having to get a refund and putting my own coffee in it which is not the same. When I order a frappe coffee blend I do not want a milk and ice drink to turn up. This happens 2x a week sometimes more for me!
