The reason for my one star in quality is that I ordered an iced white mocha and instead got a plain tasteless iced latte…when you’re expecting a sweet treat a watery iced latte isn’t a nice surprise. Not only did I not get the drink I requested, but I received no compensation for the incorrectly prepared item that I didn’t even drink.

There was no syrup in either caramel coffees and they tasted like water like had just been poured from a kettle directly not with any coffee in.
