This guy kept driving pass my flat, had to keep on calling him to tell him he was going passed my flat. He told me he was going to be 6 minutes then 20 mins and then another 10 minutes. I am absolutely disgusted at his behaviour. Will not be ordering from this shop again

The delivery person, deliberately placed the paper bag on my doormat cause he knew there was a spillage in the bag. I wasn't warned about it, resulting in a mess on my flat all the way to the kitchen. Spend the next 20 minutes or so cleaning my place because of that. Accidents happen, but the negligence of the delivery person gave me a great deal of discomfort. The Door mat is stained as well....

Delivery fast. Hot drinks and pastry great. Only issue was i ordered 2 shortbread anniversary cookies and was sent 2 vanilla birthday cake cookies which were unfortunately wasted as no one in the house wanted them.
