This is the third time I’ve had a delivery and there is no coffee left in the cup, it was all in the bag and so went in the bin. Please ensure the lids are on tightly for delivery and also cover all holes as getting a leaky bag of coffee is not what we pay for!

Really dissapointed, I order all the time and always the same drink, the Creme brûlée iced brown sugar oat shaken latte, even if it gets a bit mixed up on the journey it has a very specific creamy taste. Today they literally just sent me an iced latte without any topping at all. Not good when the drinks are so expensive and it literally says on the sticker at the side of the cup what it should be!
