I'm very upset, they accepted my order (coffee and tuna panini) even though they were out of tuna paninis. Instead of cancelling the order so I could be refunded, they sent my coffee and a little post it note saying they were out of paninis and for me to ask Just Eat for a refund. I then requested a refund from Just Eat and was denied based on "all the information they have". So I am down 7 quid and didn't receive my panini. If you don't have the items don't accept the order, cancel it!

Delivered to other end of my road made me walk ten mins to collects my food. My food was cold and my ice drinks were melted. Never ordering from this Starbucks again
