The orderer was placed at 1pm and did not arrive until 2.25pm. This was quite a while when it is a 3 minute drive from the Starbucks.

Driver failed to deliver half the order with half the order remaining in their car. Still undelivered. Got my money back for the missing items, but that’s not the point, half my order is missing.
