Ordered at 9.23 delivery time kept changing, older arrived at 10.00 after delivery driver calling me despite having the postcode. Was on the phone for over 5 minutes explaining how to find me! I couldn’t understand him as he was not English. Coffee not piping hot when delivered due to delay.

Absolutely shocking. My order was not delivered to me! I've been told by customer service that there is nothing they can do! Someone else took my order from the restaurant! They apparently gave my order number! I have footage from my work cctv inside and outside the building to prove that nothing was delivered! The driver came to explain about the situation. So due to tracking him they insist he delivered! They will still not give me a refund! Will never order from these again!!

A little bit about us

For over twenty years in the UK, Starbucks has been passionately handcrafting beverages for customers and serving tasty treats – making sure each bite is as delicious as the first sip. Information about eggs: Free range hens in the UK are temporarily being kept indoors on government veterinary advice, to keep them safe from avian influenza. This means that food products made with free range eggs, may currently contain barn eggs from free range hens housed in barns for the short term. Further information at freerangeinfo.com
