ordered cinnamon swirl however they put a peacon muffin inside the bag, paid for an item and didn't recieve it and now have something that can not be eaten.

We ordered Eggnog Latte. It tasted like normal latte. If there was any eggnog in the drink then it was hardly noticeable.

Food and drink thrown into one bag causing the drink to spill and the bag to collapse and everything end up on the floor. Until they understand how to pack items i wont order again
