Ordered at 3:30 and food didn’t not arrive until 6pm. One of the paninis missing and the other cold as well as the drinks melted. Driver was apologetic as there was bad traffic. The store shouldn’t accept orders if they cannot fulfil them properly.

After waiting over two hours for delivery, the status changed to delivered when it hadn't been. Also no way to contact the branch as the number is just for the motorway services the branch is at.
