Ordered 2 drinks. chocolate frappucino was fine but the iced matcha with cold foam was absolutely appalling. Instead of it coming with the cold foam as requested, it was a horrible consistency and resembled more of a frappucino. I've had this made many times at different starbucks and it has always been made fine, even when delivering. It was so bad I couldn't drink the thing, super disappointed.

Ordered the exact same drink yesterday and it is totally different today. I’m not a fan of flavoured milk and prefer my coffee to have coffee in it.
