ordered two creme brulle coffee frapuchinos. received two drinks with the correct lables on them but only contained milk and foam, no coffee in either drin. I was declined a refund when I raised the issue with just eat on the grounds that all restaurants use their own recipes so apparently you can sell a coffee that is meant to include a shot of espresso without actually including the espresso and that is totally fine... who knew!

I was very unhappy with my order today, if you look at the order my Starbucks arrived after 1h 40 mins. My latte was freezing cold and my sandwich had gone hard and stale, I was also missing one of the cake pops. I had to wait nearly two hours to be able to eat and I had to stay at home to wait for it to arrive. It was a really unpleasant experience, the sandwich was £6.40, the drink was £6.10 and the cake pop was £2.90 which amounts to £15.40. It was really frustrating and a shame as I have never had to wait that long for my Just Eat order, the time kept getting longer and longer and I couldn’t find any way to cancel my order, I wish I had as the time it had been left waiting for the driver to pick it up reflected in the quality.
