Majority of what I ordered was good, the service from the restaurant was good too when I rang up because I put the wrong number down. It’s getting 3 stars for food though because I paid £6 for a beyond meat breakfast sandwich. It came cold, still in the wrapper, and the wrapper said “served hot”. I’m sure this is a mistake on maybe new staff not knowing and not intentional

Arrived late, and the lid on the latte wasn't on right so it fell through the bag. No latte and my husbands out washing the drive way. Tried ringing Starbucks and no one answered. Very poor service I will not be ordering again.

Food was cold, toasted items were hard, the filling was minimal. Ordered as a treat instead of the usual Greggs. Was happy to pay the extra cost for something different. Very disappointed. I will not be ordering again. The coffee is the only saving grace, but it's really difficult to screw up coffee.

The drivers keep saying they are told to deliver to The Ropewalk. I have no idea why? Our address is Clarendon Street and this is what is on the just eat page. The drivers device lists the Ropewalk

I ordered ginger biscuits and got a Starbucks barista bear biscuit. Not what I ordered. Other than that, hot chocolate was lovely and delivery driver was wonderful.

While order gotten wrong no syrups can be tasted in the drinks and the wrong milk was used for my lactose intolerant friend and no caramel can be found in both “caramel frapacinos” :((

I ordered 4 drinks but there was no straws with it and the cookies that I ordered were unavailable and i got told that that they cant give a refund but I expected an alternative.
Adults need around 2000 kcal a day. Equal to 8400 kJ.
