drinks turned up completely wrong, the right sticker on the cups, the wrong drinks inside sadly had to tip them away as I had no clue what the drinks were very disappointed

Main items in order were sandwiches, which were not received, a note was on the bag saying sorry no sandwiches you can get refunded when you contact just eat lol, I mean you sent the 2 bottles of raspberry lemonade and the little pack of shortbread without contacting to say you were out of sandwiches and would you like to cancel sir? No you didn't bother, now I have to wait upto 5 days for my refund, STUPIDITY AT COSTA. won't be back.

The driver very polite and happy. Greeted me with a smile very friendly lovely to see. Also to whoever prepared my order the food and drinks were lovely and I really appreciated the lovely notes left on the bag unfortunately I was unable to read the name but I can see it starts with M. Thank you so much have a lovely morning!
