Ordered 4 pumpkin spice Frappuccino for a bridal party getting ready, the time got delayed, and then they delivered 4 caramel Frappuccinos it even said in the receipt on the bag pumpkin spice but yet no pumpkin spice!

1st time I've order from here. only half a cup of coffee and was sent the wrong breakfast item. order a signature breakfast sandwich and was sent a plain bacon roll that only had 1 piece of bacon in it

This is the second time I've ordered from Starbucks and this is the 2nd time they've messed my coffee up. Luckily I can ask for refund but somebody has to tell them to start bucking their ideas up and realise people pay good money so stop being so sloppy and lazy. Make the coffee as intended or quit because you've really ruined my experience with Starbucks and I'm extremely disappointed
