Order time was great. Incorrect order though. Clearly says on the bag it's meant for an Amy. The driver didn't even bother to check.

Not bad at all, Starbucks! The coffee was still hot and still resembled a latte, the food was tasty - if it is outrageously expensive for what it is, but as my mother would say, "you're paying for the convenience". Driver forewarned me that there might be a little leak. They still need to do better in that department, but overall, great job.

The drink I wanted wasn’t available they did call from the restaurant let me know which was good only the pastries tasted good the sandwich wasn’t nice at all. The coffee today was it made very well it tasted very water down

Driver made a small mistake but was profusely apologetic so that was cool. I was not impressed with the quantity of coffee in my drink. Starbucks at the Oracle has historically been better, but lately it seems they can't even assign a driver within 30 minutes, so King Street will have to do. The drink was certainly hot, though, so that's a big plus.

It’s not a complaint but more a suggestion. So we order the food to be delivered at 9:30 on Easter morning, because we wanted to enjoy a nice easy breakfast. But the delivery came 15 minutes early. We had plan to stay in bed and relax a bit, but we couldn’t. Not a big deal, but there was a reason if I choose that time. Anyway customer service was good: they didn’t have the cake I ordered and they called me to ask me what I wanted instead. Nice touch for me.
