When my order came it was completely empty there was no drink in the cup and was only ice. The poor delivery man was so nice but he saw that it must of split in the boot of his car and he then apologised, but I’m not happy with this inconvenience I would like a refund seeing as I’m not satisfied with this order and didn’t receive my drink.

Why give the options to add extras in your drinks but not actually put it in. Twice I’ve ordered from here and they can’t even add in simple things like syrup
