The deliverer didnt follow my instructions , i asked them to go to the side door not the front door and knock , then leave on the step. He came to the front door and rang the door bell , and did not leave it on the step

Terrible. Received wrong order. Didn’t received anything I ordered, put in a request for a refund - said it would take 7 days to get back to me! I hate to be THAT person, but it’s happened so many times and it needs to get sorted.
