Starbucks did the order the driver picked it up, but it was never delivered to my work address. I had a missed call but cannot get signal at work. put in notes the work name & address and to come to reception. 2nd time this has happened

Not sure how I ordered a hot coffee and ended up with an iced frappucino?? The cold coffee had the sticker with my correct order on as well to add insult to injury lol
