I ordered a venti white mocha. The drink i received was neither venti (as drink was half empty) AND it WAS NOT WHITE MOCHA. i will never order from this starbucks store again.

Food was freezing cold. Driver didn’t have a clue where he was going or what he was doing. Couldn’t read a simple map. I want a full refund for my £17 worth of stuff that is freezing cold

It's not the driver's fault, it's the fault of justeat. I ordered over 1 1/2 hours ago. You said a driver had been assigned, that was clearly unsure. You need to provide us with the ability to apply for a refund. It is completely unacceptable to expect someone to wait that long for one drink. You are basically keeping people trapped from going elsewhere or getting their money back. It's really our of order. Again, it's not the drivers fault. He said he got the message 8 minutes ago. It's the fault of justeat. You KNEW no driver had been assigned over an hour ago and still prevented me from cancel absolutely disgraceful.
