I read some reviews on here stating that drinks had arrived half empty due to travel and so decided to order a grande cappuccino rather than my usual smaller size - to allow for spillage. It arrived steaming hot, full and on time and was delivered by a lovely chap who wished me a good day. Perfect. :)
