The bag was swimming in the drink that I ordered, I payed for a venti and I only got half of the amount. Because the drink was spilt all in the bag. I have put in a request for a refund for my order and no one has got back to me. I have pictures and videos of the order. I am so upset and disappointed that no one has tried to contact me. So I would like a full refund on my order
