Arrived with a soaking bag, as the drinks had been spilt in travel, resulting in only receiving 2 half full drinks and the other half in the bottom of the bag, leaking out. Delivery driver not helpful, just a ‘sorry’ and walked away.

Order took about 30mins before it was being prepared. Then took another 30mins to complete the order, it was only an iced latte and warming up a panini. Food was cold when it got here and all scrunched up. Normally it’s ok but today was terrible.
