Our delivery was fast but we ordered two grande and one venti matcha latte. The Venti was filled the same amount as the grande it’s very disappointing as this was the first time ordering this drink and it’s not good enough.

Delivery driver on bike opened his bag and said oh its not good, almost full drink all over, he left the soggy bag and dri k holder on my doorstep and said is that OK and passed me an almost empty cup. Was then told to go on just eat to complain 😒 gutted isn't the word

Got oat milk substituted for soy milk in my hazelnut latte which is not a problem at all, but also ordered the strawberry & vanilla latte with whole milk and it’s got an awful gone-off bitter taste to it… Unfortunately not able to drink it due to the taste

The oat and 5 grain porridge is amazing. It came warm and is very filling. Everything was sealed no spills. The delivery driver was also polite.

Every thing are not the same!!!! I ordered ice white mocha and I received hot white mocha And i have ordered chocolate twist and I received cookies!!!!!!
