starbucks sent an empty bag with a note asking us to claim a refund. now i have to wait 5 working days for just eat to respond before they give me a refund or not. why couldn’t they just cancel the order?

I ordered at 11.46 and it was meant to be 10-20 minutes at the most. I could see from the tracking details the delivery driver was there and not moving. I got my order at 12.32 so 47 mins for a coffee seems a bit ridiculous
