I tried to cancel this order and they already brought by then I need a refund

Order arrived and 1 of the 2 drinks I had ordered had spilt and was unsalvageable. I asked the driver if he could take it back and get me a new order as this wasn’t my fault. He was very rude, unhelpful and just got on his bike and left the delivery bag filled with Starbucks coffee on the pavement outside my apartment.
