Completely wrong order delivered. Submitted a refund request and you have disbelievingly asked for pictures. Tried to call Starbucks directly multiple times and they don’t answer the phone either

Driver was just sitting outside on his motorbike did not come in to the reception. It's a big facility we cannot anticipate him to be there. Then when I went out to see him he has left and marked this order as DELIVERED when it has actually not been delivered.
