A cold iced caramel machiato was delivered instead of the hot item I ordered. The branch staff must be instructed to read the order more carefully.

I ordered x3 cheese twists. There were only two supplied. once again, my favourite cheese twists seem fated to present problems to the supplying branch

As on several previous occasions and despite the labelling, I did not receive cheese twists. Without checking or notice, the branch sent chocolate twists which I cannot eat.

Frappes came without straws which was extremely inconvenient. The caramel lattes did not taste the same as when I go into store. Wasn't sweet like usual so unsure what's happened there.
