The drink was incorrectly made. I ordered a double chocolatey chip frappe and no choc chips had been added, and the milk was either off or an alternative had been used! (Soy perhaps?) Very disappointed, had to throw the whole drink away. Such a waste

the deliverer went to the wrong road then demanded to hand it to us over a 7ft fence as they didn't want to turn around. I am disabled so wouldn't be able to do this. Then when they eventually arrived after being rude on the phone while I was trying to give directions, they proceeded to have a go about the fact that I couldn't get the delivery over the fence. just eat drivers often go down the wrong road but none have ever been this rude when I have had to give directions before
