First time ordering and delivery was 45-1hour. After 2 hours food still hadn't arrived so left a bad taste before food even arrived. The food that arrived tasted really good, was an ok temperature so would order again but not through app, would collect

Hi Jess Sorry for order get delivered late. Busy night for Tuesday and orders got stuck. We have to mention that all our customers WE DO NOT stack food in hot cupboard for hours and serving.we cook every order freshly so food can’t be go cold also taste won’t be change as we cook freshly every order. Food was great, but delivery took 1 hr 35 mins. Driver was very apologetic, explaining it was an unusually busy night and that the food is hot as it was cooked fresh. Food was indeed hot and great quality. Would order again
