I ordered a large carvery, was told 30-45 minutes but it came within 20 minutes, which is great. The food was lovely, very generous portion sizes with fluffy, crispy roasties, tender veg, and crispy Yorkshires. Nothing cold or soggy. The gravy is so flavourful and nice and thick, if a little salty. The meat was a bit dry, but that's to be expected of a carvery 🤷‍♀️ Not the greatest roast I've ever had, but I would definitely recommend it, and come back myself, if craving one without the faff 😋

I’ve had to contact Crosspool Tavern numerous times, for missing out food on my order. Today i ordered my usual Carvery at £10.99 came with one Yorkshire pudding instead of two. Not exceptable paying for food im not receiving again disappointed.

Large Sunday roast was awful…hardly any meat and the beef was just sinew and fat…asked for no peas but they were all mixed in with the frozen carrots…mash was old and lumpy…lumpy gravy…frozen yorkies that were hard and inedible…if only you could post pictures on here…roasties and stuffing were ok…

We are not able to provide delivery and self-collection meals for guests with food allergies or intolerances at this time.
