It was a roast dinner meal deal, roast with a pudding, I did not receive the pudding!

not as ordered! I ordered 2 x beef roasts, 1 with mash 1 with roast potatoes. both are roast. and both contain turkey which I deliberately didn't order due to allergies.meal quality is good but when you place a specific order for allergies its not good.

Food came early,however the carvery was missing a lot of the vegetables and no Yorkshire pudding! Also very small amount of gravy! Could have been more generous!

Paid for extra pigs in blankets, meal was meant to come with 5. In the end I only got 3 even after paying for extra. Roast potatoes didn’t taste like normal. Tasted like they had been sat under a heater for an hour after being cooked. No mash with the meal when I ticked for mash and roasties. Not the normal standard I’ve had from delivery from here before.

We are not able to provide delivery and self-collection meals for guests with food allergies or intolerances at this time. However, we can cater for specific dietary requirements at our restaurant so please visit and eat in with us instead.
