I've been a valued customer for years, and I loved their fresh good-value food but the 'tender pieces of chicken breast in breadcrumbs' were just generic chopped and shaped Goujons which was disappointing for 4.99.

Delivery times not accurate, they were already 20 minutes, there was a mistake in my address, i rang the company, I was shouted at by someone who told me that they run a business and I am wasting their time and refused to refund or send new food.

we acknowledge that there was an issue with the address you provided, wrong door number. We tried calling you no less than 4 times but you did not pick up from number provided. When you called up to see where your order was and you gave us the correct address we promptly prepared a new order and sent it to you. We always strive to provide excellent service However, we kindly ask for honesty in reviews to ensure fair representation We will not be ever delivering to you again in the future.
