they didn't pack thing properly and sandwiches were tear apart totally ruined the experience also sandwiches weren't toasted as I mentioned.

why do you charge service charge for? Even for the collection. Although it's a small amount but this is unfair and unjust. This is call conning customer. Though food was good but never visit Subway again.
