I ordered a salad and they didn’t have any lettuce. Instead of ringing me and saying there wasn’t any lettuce (as this is the key part of the salad) they just delivered it anyway with a note that said “we don’t have any lettuce sorry”. If they’d have rang me I’d probably have changed my order

Portions were the smallest we have had from a takeaway and very expensive too. 20 minutes later we were still hungry, so clearly not worth the money spent!

It said it was gonna be here at half past 11 then it kept on getting pushed further back until it arrived at 20 past 12 but by then it was freezing cold. I also don’t agree how you don’t have a number that anyone can contact you on for updates incase things like these do happen!

The Caesar dressing was not creamy at all but had a gritty texture, very unpleasant, the mini hash browns were like dried up pieces of cardboard. The waffle fries were cold and congealed. The gingerbread cookie saved the day yummy

From ordering at 11am... to delivery at 1pm.. order kept being delayed and even after the last delay it was still 30 mins over that... food arrived cold, driver was quite frankly rude and didn't seem to care either. between them and subway it was a joke. ordered for some quick lunch before work.. had to leave before it came.. extremely disappointed!!!
