Didn’t receive the correct order. Ordered a veggie footlong with cheese but got sent a box with tomato, red onion, olives and pickles. Ordered a salad, didn’t come with lettuce and was the smallest salad I’d ever seen. Didn’t get my 2 packets of Doritos. Phoned to complain the said they tried to phone me but I received no call. Horrendous customer service. Nothing done to rectify the situation.

Order kept getting put back, half of the footlongs had no meat, bread rock solid. Pretty awful even by subway standards. Maybe time for staff retraining

Missing Pepsi max drink, missing flaming nacho snack box and cookie. Ordered double Rotisserie Chicken and wouldn’t even say it was single.

Ordered a footlong meal deal. The sub came with ONLY veg in it, no hash browns, patty or sauce. Wasn't toasted and no cookie either. Abysmal.

Took 3 hours to deliver. When I received it I did not even receive my whole order.
