I’m writing to express my concern regarding my recent order from Subway. Initially, the estimated delivery time was stated as 10 to 20 minutes. However, after I placed the order, the estimated time changed to 40 minutes to an hour. While the order wasn’t technically late, the initial estimate was misleading and caused some inconvenience. I hope this can be addressed to improve the accuracy of delivery. Thank you.
