    My order never arrived. The driver didn’t bother ringing me even though they claimed they had delivered. Said that we have to give them the number to accept the order so who has accepted my order or have they just gone and eaten it themselves?! Awful service, and now I have no lunch no thanks to JustEat. I can’t even ring anybody I just have to wait for an email to come through so they can discuss my refund… I want my food not to have to wait for a refund. How is that so hard?!

    Managed to get every single item in our order wrong to the point we couldn't actually eat any of it. Oh, and the cookie had lint or fluff or something all over it.
