    Ordered two build your own footlongs and one came with 3 things that were not asked for (replaced what ordered but not told this was to happen) plus a missing item. The bun was to be an Italian herb and cheese but got a hearty italian, the crisps were to be cool dorito but cheese came and choc milk ordered but water came. Both footlong meals came with the cookies missing and the free bag of crisps were to be salt and vinegar square but walkers salt and vinegar arrived plus all delivered late

    recieved order got wrong bread, wrong crisps and cookies, you phone them you don't answer and you and just eat doesn't care either!!! so your paying for stuff that's wrong

    Delivery driver left a voicemail to say she had left it on the front step because “no one came to the door” which wouldn’t have been the case had she actually came to the correct address. Tried phoning the store 10 times to no avail because the phone rang out. Absolutely useless and considering I’ve bought from here plenty of times it’s really quite shocking. JustEat customer service are also abysmal going to have to contact my bank to get back money. Hope whoever got my order enjoyed the treats

    I ordered a foot long big breakfast sub and I was sent a six sub that was completely different to what I ordered
